We know your business is incredibly important. That’s why we strive to get your signage done right the first time. When you work with us, you can expect clear communication, fast response and design times, and that we’ll do everything we can to create what your business or event needs.
When we first connect with you, we’re going to get as much information from you as we can. The more details we have early on, the faster and cheaper we can work for you.
Once we’ve met with you and discussed your project, we will begin to work on pricing and initial design documents. This is a fast process with sometimes dirty and sketchy artwork. But don’t fear, we do this to keep things moving as fast as possible early on so we don’t waste a lot of time during the ideation phase. Why spend time changing detailed designs that you haven’t even approved? Saving time and money is what it’s all about for both you and us.
Once we’ve got the initial design idea down, we will begin to work on final artwork. On average, we send 2-3 proofs per project to ensure your happiness and to keep the creation process going on our end.
After you have given us final approval, we will go to work on the final creation of your product. If you have an installation project, we will schedule a time with you that works best for both of us. With each project, we’ll include an estimate for installing your sign or graphics. We have an in-house installation team for all of our sign projects.
If your project is something that you’re just picking up, we will always call you to let you know when it is done, freeing you from the burden of checking in on your project. We don’t want to keep you in the dark!
